3rd Annual Grill on the Hill

JOIN US FOR THE 3RD ANNUAL COOKING COMPETITION!

This competition is open to any level of cooking skills as well as those who are just here for a good time! If you and your best friends are looking for a fun weekend up north and a place to share your love of grilling with other barbeque enthusiasts, this is the place for you. You will get the opportunity to share your special skill and creativity with the “tasters” who will be on the search for the best BBQ.

You are to provide your own grill but are limited to charcoal, wood, or pellet type (no gas).

There will be one first-place winner chosen in each category of the People’s Choice competition. Winners are chosen by the “tasters” and prizes will include gift cards and donated items.

Along with the competition you will find:

• BBQ tasting
• Celebrity Chef demonstrations (Chef’s TBD)
• Vendors Booth featuring items such as grilling equipment and accessories, specialty spices and sauces, local arts and crafts
• Beer Tents that feature local breweries pouring samples
• Chair lift rides
• Live entertainment
• Live Radio Coverage
• Lawn Games

New This Year

In addition to the people’s choice awards, there will be a team of judges who will make their rounds to each team’s booth. They will be judging each team using the following categories on a rating scale 1-10 (10 being the best):

• Appearance
• Taste
• Tenderness

We will award  1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place for “Judges Choice” competition.

Tasters: $ 30 or Teams: $ 200.
